The power equipment of this series of rotor pump filling machine is a mechanical friction stepless reducer with manual speed regulation, but the reducer is also equipped with a gear reducer. The speed regulation mechanism equipped with gear reducer has a more subtle and accurate speed output system and a stronger output torque, which can basically meet the transportation needs of most materials. This series of rotor pump filler machine provides power configurations with various output speeds from 30 – 150rpm, 40 – 200rpm, 50 – 300pm, 80 – 400rpm and so on.
Filling Machine Features
JKPACK series of rotor pumps filling machine are equipped with a power system with variable frequency speed regulation. The output speed of the variable frequency motor is changed by adjusting the working frequency of the variable frequency motor through the frequency converter, so as to achieve the effect of stepless regulation of the output flow of the rotor pump filling machine. After the output of the variable frequency motor, it passes the treatment of primary gear deceleration, so that the flow adjustment of the whole equipment can be more subtle and accurate. In the system composed with filling machines, for materials with high viscosity and large required working torque, we can flexibly adjust the output speed ratio of the reducer to meet the needs of different working conditions and ensure the stability and accuracy of filling.
